Big Klemm was gone last year about this time JJ went ton Orsini for another $50k bump in salary to keep him. Hey this dude was in the $8-10m made in the pros,career wise, he has some stashed away..it aint about the $$ with Klemm , HE wants a bigger job (and power/control) because the guy can outright recruit anyone, 3 SB rings and thought he had his play at ASU as maybe OC ...albeit some f his recruits haven't paned out, the guy can hustle' em in...thats what ASU saw as the premium in the deal

It's not stupid. This kind of self-promotion, even if it is braggy is why Klemm is wanted.

Obviously these guys learn a lot from June. We have another round of recruits coming in and this guy is threatening to leave SMU in a public forum. Very unprofessional.....if you're going to leave GTFO already.

We would like you to stay but this is horrible. This is why I want a clean house. They have no class. If the other schools are going to pay you more money and you want to leave......and SMU isn't going to match......by all means make a sound business decision. I've never seen a staff publicly shoot holes in their own credibility like this.

There is no reason to continue to fret about Klemm. Thanks to JJ, he has great assurance that hes one of the most valuable members of our team. The cloak of SMU around him is gone, and people want a guy who can recruit 4 star guys to a Crap-USA team. We just need to look for a whole new crew... New HC, New recruiters, the works. Heck I dont care if we just pick off BCS schools that have low budgets.

WE DON'T DESERVE KLEMM! HE DOESN'T OWE US ANYTHING! *runs around screaming*
