Yeah. 165.

It shouldn't be but we got our CO based on the previous drawing on the space that included the private back room that we didn't lease. Dtv goes on your CO. It works to our advantage on fire code. To our disadvantage on PPV and cable bill.

Our ability to pack it in on TXOU and stuff like that way offsets any negative.

Yeah it's a big savings if you are less than 100. Kind of strange how they base that stuff on drawings and not a physical inspection. Recently went through that process. Architect drew some tables on the plans and city counted the chairs. That was it.

they based ours on SF in dallas. the other thing that hurt us was that our kitchen is WAY oversized b/c the prior use was a BBQ restaurant, so we've got 2 big Southern Pride Wood smokers in the back (each is 6'x6' footprint and code requires them to have 'x' amount of feet of walkaround space for fire hazard. plus they're elevated on concrete - sometime if i'm there for a game and you're interested in seeing them, let me know, i'll give you the tour)

Dallas. Haven't got the final CO. But he looked at sf, then the guy just said, well you drew 84 chairs so that's what I'm giving you. Could have drawn a lot more. Not really a big deal. There might have been some fudging on the sf anyway to circumvent some other stuff but that's all I'm saying here.

Would be interested in seeing that huge kitchen sometime.
