but it was the first time we had gone to 3 consecutive bowls since before the death penalty!

Not a thing. Payouts were limited to the upper level players during my time. I did not make the cut. I did get a movie pass for free entry to a local cinema but that was so open I do not believe it was illegal. Could have been though.

Pancho's at Mockingbird and Abrams. Hmmmmmmmm.... seems there is a popular sports bar in that area now.

I was in school about that time, and a good many of us couldn't afford to eat at Pancho's. It was considered a pricey meal out.

that was my point. complaining about eating out in college. you complain about ramen noodles, not dining at an all you can devour tex mex restaurant in lakewood.
