Re: DARIUS JOHNSON: Hands of "The Truth"
He makes more acrobatic and athletic catches than any other receiver I've seen. I think the plays that show his atleticism the most are the ones where the pass is low and he maneuvers his body so that it becomes in between the ball and the ground. I haven't seen too many receivers with the athletic ability to ensure receptions quite like that. He's definitely my favorite player to watch, and I'm gonna hate to see him go, but he certainly has a lot of potential when he does go!

There are a couple of catches on there, where the first view I'm thinking "Really, that's not much of a highlight" then on the second angle, you can see that he miracled the ball into his hands. It's freaky.

His catches are amazing, and his ability/awareness to bring the ball into his chest while still airborne is just as notable. He completely eliminates the possibility of catches being reviewed & overturned. Many receivers may make the catch but while sliding, often using the ground to trap the ball.
Awesome highlight reel.

My favorite -- In the Pittsburgh game, the one over the middle where he is horizontal to the ground and snares the ball several inches off the ground and gathers it into his body without flaw.
He is a highlight reel.

Agreed. I wonder what his 40 time is? I can't recall that he ever beat anyone deep while being hit in stride and takes it to the house, does anyone? Imagine when that happens! I think a GG2DJ or CP2DJ could be historic!

His body and hand control are absolutely ridiculous. Baylor seems so very very far away...
