I prefer horizontal strips on the pants and the socks.

To each their own, either of those two options suit me fine, I just hope Nike doesn't get all hoitty toitty with our uni's and create another awful design like they have with 99% of Oregon's uniforms.

They have a chance to bring back our classic blue with a new cutting edge design.

Anyone seen the new Nike gear at the SMU bookstore? I just saw Dieter tweeted that the bookstore is starting to get some Nike gear.

They have had a few Nike items for some time. But maybe they do have new stuff.

Seems like ideas would have to be run by SMU, and be approved by SMU, before Nike makes anything.

I don't have any idea, but here are when the past uniforms were released:

Late 2000's Adidas uniforms: July 2, 2008.

Mid 2000's Nike update (stripes): mid June 2005.

Early 2000's Nike uniforms: February 6, 2003.

Thanks for the info.

I still maintain we are just another team to Nike and will get templates in some shade of red and/or blue (whatever fabrics Nike has laying around in surplus).
