Any game against a BCS team for a program in a mid-major like SMU, is a huge game and the 2012 season needs to start with a win against Baylor. Unfortunately, our record in season opening games since the death penalty has been terrible but it is time for that to change. Hopefully we can start beating teams that have winning records this season instead of the Rice, Tulane, and Memphis type programs.
