Re: Cole Beasley reportedly leaves the Cowboys
I really hope he works past or addresses these issues. It's extremely, extremely rare when you walk out on a pro team where you're trying to make the team and the team says: "We'll welcome him back...for a little while." Normally it's See Ya. Life sucks and stuff happens sometimes and I hope that Cole realizes that and makes an informed decision with his career and life.
He's not going to waltz into some profession making anything near what he could make on the practice squad for the Boys, much less if he makes the actual roster. The Cowboys LIKE him.
If he doesnt want to play football thats fine. Just hope that's his decision to make. And I really hope it's not over a girl.

Great to hear. Is there a link confirming? Best of luck to him and his family. He is so close; hopefully he can overcome the bump in the road.

Cole Beasley had to go home and take care of personal issues. He's confident the issues won't be a problem again #dfwsp #fb

I actually caught the Garrett press conference while running. It was the first few questions out of the box. Sounds like he will still get a fair shot going forward. Best of luck to him.

Cowboys rookie WR Beasley not quitting after all
Two days after quitting the team, Dallas Cowboys rookie wide receiver Cole Beasley changed his mind and was headed back to the team's camp in Oxnard, Calif., on Sunday.
The rookie out of Southern Methodist told coach Jason Garrett Friday he wanted to quit football, so he left camp and went back to Dallas. However, he was expected to return Sunday for the team's Blue-White scrimmage, the Fort Worth Star-Telegram reported.
Beasley, just 5-foot-8, impressed the team with his competitiveness and receiving skills during offseason drills and rookie camp. The Star-Telegram reported that the Cowboys were surprised that Beasley abruptly quit but are happy he is coming back.
