bottom line is there were some obvious blown calls that favored BU...but that is not what lost us the game. Our dismal play in the red zone and pourous secondary is what lost the game for us.
Too many BU receivers running WIDE open. Not enough Zach Line when we were at the goal line. We score to make it 14-10 (instead of the INT and ensuing BU TD resulting in 21-3) and it may be a completely different ball game.
I didn't expect to win, but I thought the line was about right at 9 points. I thought we would at least make a game of it and that it would be close late, with BU depth finally winning out. Instead, we were blown out.
