After 30 minutes it's still 1-0 SMU - Harvard with a big 9-1 advantage in shots (3 on goal).

SMU goes up 2-0 at the 44:54 mark!

Jacob Gandarilla from Will Smith (Gandarilla puts home the rebound after a save on the Will Smith shot).

What a great end to the half! SMU up 2-0.

Harvard with the edge in shots 11-6, but all six of the SMU shots have been on frame! Harvard has four shots on goal.

Corners are also 5-2 in favor of Harvard.

It will be interesting to hear the details on this one. Harvard had 21 shots (they had 19 after 90 minutes). Only eight were on net, so they might have just been firing away, but you get the sense we need to tighten some things up at the back. It's one thing to give up 22 shots to New Mexico.

Of course, SMU had 14 shots (9 on frame) so it might have just been one of those open games.

Anyway, it's nice to go 2-0 on the road trip. We definitely needed it.

SMU release:
http://www.smumustangs.com/sports/m-soccer/recaps/090912aaa.html

Harvard put some highlights up, but they only show the Harvard goals and talk to the Harvard coach/players, but it's better than nothing I guess:

That was an entertaining thread to read. Dumb question. Are you watching the games or just using a gametracker app?
