Ask UNT how it felt to get smashed by the kickoff train and have the best running back in C-USA break a new record on them last night.

Best running back in CUSA? Really? Never heard of Zach Line?

I've only heard of Zach Line 4974968503738439 times on Ponyfans but Charles Sims is the best back in C-USA and is 10th in the nation in rushing yards.

Hes a bad [deleted] RB so far CK, but the run defense for SMU is pretty damn good....especially this year...doubt he will get gaudy numbers on the Ponies.

We'll see what happens in 2 weeks. Until then, kick Tulane's [deleted] and we'll take care of UAB.

Preseason writeup on Zach Line:
Despite missing the last three games last season with a broken foot, Line still rushed for 1,224 yards and 17 TDs, and ranked seventh nationally in rushing at 122.4 yards per game. He has 15 100-yard games in the past two seasons and his 34 career rushing TDs ranks third-most among active players, behind only Wisconsin’s Montee Ball and Michigan’s Denard Robinson
I'll take Zach, thanks.

I will concede one thing. It's going to be tough for Line this year. The O line, ihmo, is having a hard time establishing a good running game.

I think the O line is doing fine but everyone is just focusing on stopping Zach because of the passing problems. The same formula Patterson used and now teams are starting to copy it.
