1 - Jimmy Johnson
2 - Kingsbury
3 - Tony Dungy (I'm on board with that one!) . . . will make big headlines and he is a character guy all the way -- would probably get some great quality assistants -- does he have Texas ties?
4 - Chuckie
5 - Dykes
No Dooley.

I would love to have jimmy j. but we all know he's not going to get of his yacht to coach again. IIRC his program at the U wasn't the cleanest so that could be an issue as well.
I still think Tressel would be a good coach.

Might want to change the title from SECRET to FANTASYLAND. Aside from Kingsbury you haven't named a single coach we have a shot at landing.

I think we could get Dykes as well as Tressel. It is common knowledge that Tressel wants to get back into coaching. We might be a good starting point for him.

Tressel has no Texas ties and with his reputation it would be very hard to recruit.

Chad Morris would do well at SMU as well imo.

He would have to pull an LB and bring in stud recruiters who know TX. Reputation? I have followed OSU for a number of years (pre-Woody days) and the only negatives I ever heard were in the beginning when the OSU alum were unhappy that they didn't get a major hire.

Actual coaches who would be good choices that we have a chance of landing...in no particular order:
1.) Dykes
2.) Taggart
3.) Gary Anderson
4.) KK
5.) Todd Monken (prob not realistic...if you throw him in the mix, might as well throw Chad Morris in there also...which isn't happening)

Who is Chad Ford?

Dykes will be coaching in the SEC next year. NOT whatever mess of a conference we end up in.

Willie Taggart has done well at WKU. They play denton college this week.
