Any chance we can sneak CB back on the roster for the bowl game?

Jones didn't make BLM look like a complete idiot buffoon, his 33 INTs did. Jones didn't throw those, btw.
BLM had a TD/INT of 37/15 and 33/13 and also won the Walter Peyton award and started in the FCS national championship game. Not too shabby.
Of course Jones didn't throw the INTs, but he didn't put BLM in a position to be successful. Much of our CUSA competition isn't any better than the top FCS teams, so clearly he was capable enough.

So what's your point? I'm pretty sure we've progressed to the point that we can have a couple of QB's on SMU's roster who's professional career highlights are something more meaningful than garbage time in a Canadian Football League championship.
The very fact that he's 3rd team on that roster seems to confirm the fact that he's got enough ability to be intriguing, but hasn't been able to put it all together yet.
You forgot Bartell who hung around in the Pros for a few years.

JJ didn't do that. Bo was a freshman who was learning a new offense, new coaches and new teammates. Ups and downs happen, especially for young players and even more for young quarterbacks. Bo seems like a good kid. Be grateful for his effort at SMU, and glad for his success at EWU and in the CFL.
