this is great, should have been done years ago. No In and Out's is absurd. Put a Corral in the end zone and I am totally happy going to a SMU game. I really enjoyed the super fan wandering all over with the flag through the stadium.

I don't think it's sabotaging the system if you are voicing you concerns that matter to you. The fact is if that's what gets you to buy season tickets then it should be written down. Honestly I love blvding, the prayer before the game, the food trucks south of the field, having credit card ability at booths. We have everything. The only thing is to borrow from other schools like before the game go over the pony ears and fight song on our big screen. The other get a coach that's excited to be here, who wants SMU to be great, and not have such a heavy emphasis on money.

They should roll surveys out multiple times a year, I would say during and a couple of days after each home game. Treat home football games like a business. Find out what the net promoter score is, reach out to the detractors, work on swaying the passives to promoters. Works for virgin America, usaa, amex, Costco etc. There is a reason those brands are industry leaders in customer satisfaction and loyalty.

I swear they tried this a while back. It was a special Mustang Club only tent in the end zone. I went once. It was dead. But maybe there was no alcohol. I can't remember it was so insignificant.

I enjoyed it. Had patio seating to watch the game if you wished. Food, drink, and entertainment.
