most SMU kids can afford to fly home for the Thanksgiving weekend so we are always going to struggle attendance wise for games that weekend. we need to develop more DFW area fan support from people who are not students...and REALLY need our local alumni to step it up

Run contest for any students who swipe in prior to kick off and swipe out after game ends for all home games (except thanksgiving weekend). 3 or 4 names drawn from eligible students for prizes such as free round trip airline ticket, free books for following semester, $200 gift card to Barley House. Just a thought.
