Thank God we weren't in a strong conference this year like the Missouri Valley Conference (D-1AA)
Probably not. Until he had to win it to get to Hawaii. ; )ponyboy wrote:Did he mark Tulsa, who was knocking on top 25 before we upset them, as a win?
Sure JJ is relieved that 5-7 can get you to a bowl game in the future.......RGV Pony wrote:Austin Kilgore is tweeting some highlights. Among them jj reiterating that Tulane was the only game we lost that he had marked as a win
I wonder which games he had marked as a loss?RGV Pony wrote:Austin Kilgore is tweeting some highlights. Among them jj reiterating that Tulane was the only game we lost that he had marked as a win
Yes. But, his comments were more in the nature of sure wins.RGV Pony wrote:I give up, did he ?
Digetydog, can you tell us what tough questions were asked?Digetydog wrote:Yes. But, his comments were more in the nature of sure wins.RGV Pony wrote:I give up, did he ?
His presentation was interesting and generally good. He didn't anger me and I was mad before the meeting.
1) He made a compelling argument that the Hawaii Bowl is the best non-BCS bowl from a player's point of view,
2) he said Hart was making great changes to improve the program, and
3) he pointed out the number of Mustangs getting drafted this year would exceed some big programs like UT.
All in, I was pleasantly surprised. He took some tough questions and had good responses.
How many top coaches actually mark games down as losses before the season?RGV Pony wrote:Austin Kilgore is tweeting some highlights. Among them jj reiterating that Tulane was the only game we lost that he had marked as a win

Truly pathetic.Stlhockeyguy02 wrote:So then per June's own words, after five years, 150+ recruited players, five classes, and countless extra bowl practices and championship game practices, and half a dozen QBs later, he had Rice penciled in as a loss? Jeez don't trip over the bar you set June.
A lot of them were about recruiting and what changes need to be made to improve things. Getting into specific questions and answers is not really fair because some of his answers were confusing.lwjr wrote:Digetydog, can you tell us what tough questions were asked?Digetydog wrote:Yes.
