Indeed. West Virginians have been shooting [deleted] since they were old enough to hold a firearm long before even before they became a state. Besides, if you're in college you are considered a young adult, not a kid. You should be able to safely handle firearms.

This is only controversial because we're quickly becoming a nation of wimps who avoid any real or imagined danger at all costs.
