I'd also take the offer. We (SMU) would be the pretty one, surrounded by the ugly girls, eating brats, out in the cold weather, while they picket for the street walker's right to form a union.

I would immediately start complaining about how Minnesota isn't pulling it's weight.

I thought Michigan showed pretty well. Their only losses this year were to Bama, Notre Dame, Ohio State, S. Carolina and at Nebraska. No shame in those losses. They are getting better under Hoke

Big 10 should be 1-5 right now except for TCU gifting wrapping a win for Michigan St with a fumble at the 4 yard line on a punt with only a few minutes left

Fun stat: only 2 teams in the Big 10 this year finished with less than 4 losses.
Ohio St. (probation) and mighty Northwestern. Quite a power conference they've got there.

Also, the conference average record is 7.1 wins and 5.7 losses.

The Big 10 is constantly overrated. Sure it has had some good teams and will continue to have some good teams but overall the conference is weak.

However, it has huge market appeal as exemplified by the Big 10 network. So it will continue to be overrated so that broadcasters can maximize the Big 10 market appeal.

It’s just business and merit doesn’t matter.
