June and co. by all accounts do an excellent job of getting players ready to make the jump to the NFL. Every single story really has been about guys being well prepared, their draft stock "rising" executing fundamentals well, being promoted off the practice squad, having 1 NFL coach draft three players over the course of 366 days. Too bad McNeal wasn't able to stick around for a second year. Would have to imagine another 1,000 yard rushing season under his belt would have done his own stock wonders.
