Scout had a report saying Mumme is recruiting him. I think Mumme has good connections in Georgia.

And coached at Kentucky, wher they likely recruited Georgia kids. Would be nice to get a four star that can actually get on th field.

I know Colbert wants to play QB, but I just don't see him flourishing as a QB in our system and think he is much better suited and will eventually make the switch to WR. With that being said there is nothing wrong with trying to get a 3rd QB as our current offensive system is so dependent on that position.

3 QB's in one class? I'm assuming one of Colbert or Severt might look elsewhere if this kid were to commit.

I think the coaches will ask Severt to greyshirt if he commits to SMU. We can keep all 3.

Biggest needs are WR and DL IMHO. Looking for size in both positions.

I'd be shocked. I agree with those who have said Severt will get more offers with a big senior season, because of his size and arm, and the pedigree of QBs coming out of that high school. I don't know what they'd do, but if this Harris kid signs on, I don't know how you could ask any of the 3 to greyshirt.

The reason why I think they would look at greyshirting Severt (and they may not ask him until after signing day) is because Severt and Harris are both pure drop back passers. You have been shocked before so you might be shocked again. You act like we have never asked a kid to greyshirt. But the coaches could let Severt know that if he greyshirted that they would not go after any pure drop back passing QB's in 2015. Whatever the case I think we will try to keep all 3.

Harris was on campus Thursday. Now let's see if we're really in the running.

USF just had a 3 star QB decommit yesterday and now they do not have a qB in the class. Expect Taggert to make a hard push for Harris as I believe Harris is visiting USF today.
