The NCAA is a whore to the big programs. Always has been and always will be (or at least until the big programs decide they don't need the NCAA anymore).

Nothing that the cultists do surprises me. I agree the NCAA sits with its thumb up there where the sun don't shine until a couple of years from now. They declare all the A&M games in 2013 forfeited, take away a bowl game in 2016, reduce scholarships by 1, and the Aggies laugh all the way to the bank. This is of course is a clear violation of lack of institutional control. And I believe the Aggies are currently on probation. They of course will not receive the death penalty. But North Dakota will because they have a Sioux logo in a bathroom that didn't get painted over.
UNC better keep that Ram away from Peruna

I sure hope your wrong. I hope its Montana State that feels the wrath of the NCAA, in the next two weeks as well.
