I think that depends on who's doing the sanctioning.

The balloons and streamers have been hung. I think that means it's a sanctioned party now.

Hey it was a fun time. The tons (teens) of people there seemed to enjoy it. I also set the high score on the punch power machine. Good times all around.

The band sounded awesome. Playing on Elm St and scaring the **** out of the folks at Campisis was priceless. I am sufficiently pumped up now!!

I was warmed up from trombonisms so I had an unfair advantage at the punching bag.

It was a great time. The band was great. Great service. SMU Pony Express highlights on Big Screen. Was a great way to kick off the football season.
