We did blitz. But they hit quick routes when we did.
I really don't think the defense was poor. The kid made some fantastic throws. He wasn't throwing to wide open recievers all night or anything like that. We didn't get burned deep like we did against A&M or Baylor last year. He just didn't make mistakes.

He made a few mistakes. I remember 3 dangerous throws that should have been picks. Other than that he did well.

we put very little pressure on him last night. Speaking of pressure, where was Zelt?

Trying to redshirt Hollie and Zelt.
I was surprised that we didn't play more nickel after tech abandoned the run. I think that would help.

Had we scored the TD that was called back might have given us more mo and slowed their mo. I agree that the difference was the play in late in the game...particularly the last quarter.
