Treadway- no games until JJ is gone. Will be in Dallas in the next week or so for a short trip.

Regarding cigars- It is easy to get spoiled here. Just finished a box of Cuban Cohibas -cost less than $50. A lot of people here travel to Cuba and bring them back then sell them on the local internet.

Our team should not vaporize just because they get a bad call or two. That is the time they really need to pull together and show that we can win in spite of some adversity.

OT- are any of you all still meeting at the cigar shop in Snider plaza for drinks and 'gars?
I attended one of the Monday football luncheons several years back at which time JJ fielded a question questioning why he failed to challenge officials and bad calls. He answered that at Hawaii he never challenged and further never bothered to even send questions and comments to the league after every game which the league requested. He believed that it would do very little as the game was already history and you needed to move on and not worry about it. At SMU his staff had counseled him to submit officiating questions and film clips to the league which he had initiated. In fact, the league had sent him a formal response to 11 questionable calls during the previous game. Result: officials had blown and were wrong on 9 of the 11 calls he had questioned. He then reiterated that he had to move on and did not want the kids to spend time bemoaning things that they could not further control.
