Really? I'd take missing half the first quarter to get this much better feed and coverage than a full game on All Access any day of the week.

Just send him an email and ask him if he was actively working with ESPN while it was down, or at a minimum that he follows up with them afterward.

How can he have absolute control over whether the game coverage by the leading sports network goes perfectly? Things happen, you then hold your provider accountable and ask how they prevent it from happening in the future. He's not God and he can't snap his fingers and change it in a flash. Ease up, dude.

Really. I complain about June too. And the Longhorns errr mustangs. 2013 has been a complete embarrassment for SMU football from top to bottom

Must not have been here in 2003.
At least that team was competitive against a BCS school.

Exactly. It might be individual ISPs that had issues. I hues that's the SID's fault, too.

It's like blaming an airline because of a weather delay.

It was your ISP.

If several people reported no issues, then what do you think it was? Other than just blaming the SID?

Saw that already, but given that just as many people reported having no issues, how do you explain it? That's the question. I didn't say no one OTHER THAN YOU reported any issues.

But you've got an axe to grind, so go right ahead and grind it, but have the sack to contact the SID directly about it.

I did in an open forum that he/she reads. He or she can pm me with a way to contact them, if they are interested in my input. If they are not interested in the input from an anonymous forum they should not post responses on an anonymous forum
