When the receivers are wearing then it could blind the DB's. That was one of the concerns the opposing team's had with Oregon when they first wore them. I like them.

No, no, no. Get creative or go traditional, this is neither.

A metallic white would not be bad, compared to chrome.

For the record, I think the chrome helmet is terrible as well, I was just mocking it up for people to see.

These are absolutely awful. Most high school JV teams have better stuff than this

Ok, I've seen this helmet before (as I recall the cover picture of an article on foxsports comparing SMU and Penn States, um, penalties)

What is this from?????

Please no cheesy piping.

- Go back to the Royal Blue uni's. Add a white 'collar' like the Vikings have. Small, simple 'SMU' under the neck. Add either number or mustang to hip of white pants.
- On away uni's, add blue 'collar' to white jersey. Go to Royal Blue pants.
- Do 'throwback' uni's for the homecoming game. Use 1) a color scheme similiar to the one Doak wore on the magazine cover, and 2) old red helmets with blue jersey's like when we played in the 60's.
