I think KC only had 1 carry and P. Line had 9 carries. Just sayin.ponyboy wrote:Line had 40 more yards rushing than K.C.

That's pretty much the same reason that A. Peterson gets more yards rushing than me. He gets all the damn carries.Rebel10 wrote:I think KC only had 1 carry and P. Line had 9 carries. Just sayin.ponyboy wrote:Line had 40 more yards rushing than K.C.
I think you are putting too much into 1 carry. Zach even got caught behind the line a few times. Look both young men are fine RB's. No reason to down either.ponyboy wrote:And he got 1 yard on that one carry.
I was responding to your comment on the passing yards. Again, Lime ran well and will be a good back for us just like his brother. I would also like to see Nlemchi get some chances as well.ponyboy wrote:And he got 1 yard on that one carry.
Against a pretty good MSU defense he not only looked the part but played the part. He was a major reason we won that game. Both will do their part.ponyboy wrote:Nlemchi looks the part for sure

Why are we so caught up in this binary view of this situation. The RB position has evolved. Even the best rb's in the country share time in the backfield. Alabama has about 4 kids that they rotate, why couldn't we do the same with KC and Line P, if they are our 2 best backs?SMU 86 wrote:I think you are putting too much into 1 carry. Y'all should get in a debate about what pretty good means. That would be fun.sbsmith wrote:SMU 86 wrote:Against a pretty good MSU defense he not only looked the part but played the part. He was a major reason we won that game. Both will do their part.ponyboy wrote:Nlemchi looks the part for sure
Pretty good might be an overstatement since that MSU defense just gave up 52 to SFA.
