Understand him? What in the world. I'm don't mean to be offensive mustansabu, but what are you talking about?

We lost because when it started raining June put on a sharp looking red rain jacket (of course it didn't say SMU on it anywhere). Should have stuck with black...

Have I covered everything? Let's hear some new excuses.
No support from the volleyball team

I am not going to point my displeasure to loyal fans who I just happen to disagree with. I am going to let those that are in the know become aware that this is not the right path for us, and we need to act pretty soon or we will be reacting and it won't go well.
We can't wait to play this out. Pull the trigger and start shopping.

Coaching change in the middle of the season won't happen with the SMU administration

Against former SWC foes, SMU is 0-3 and has been outscored 131 - 61.

You obviously can't turn the ball over 5 times and expect not to get whooped. I'm very disappointed. It will be most interesting to see how we come out for next week. Obviously a huge game.
If you're alluding to JJ's notion of using OOC games as a preparation for conference games, then I have to disagree with you. I think it's utter BS to have to rely on that strategy in Year 6 of a coach's tenure. I can understand that method during Year 1 when you're trying to get all players on the same page of the playbook (but even then, look how Tech is doing). Another issue is that we've botched our OOC scheduling; we should have a "marquis" BCS team (TCU), a beatable BCS team (Wake Forest/KU/Iowa St./etc.) and a FCS cupcake so that we can pad our W's column while getting ready for in-conference games. "Penciling in" losses is absurd, no matter the coach or program.

By my count, JJ is 5 -- 17 vs. SWC foes, 3 wins vs. Rice, and one each vs. TCU and Houston.

Bennett beat Houston and TCU once as well.......not sure about his record against Rice.

Do the JJ apologists feel sufficiently "prepared" for conference play now?

Lord..... then when we look like a [deleted] stain next week you'll resort to it'll be interesting to see how the rest of the season pans out. I don't need to understand June to form my opinion because from my understanding of the scoreboard and stat sheets it's looking pathetic! You can polish a turd all you want but no matter what it's still going to be a turd at the end of the day.

TrueDat!
We win out, we are in a BCS game...
This could happen if we fire June and all his staff and get a new coaching staff that is at least on par with a mid pack FCS team.
