It's from the 1980 SMU-Texas game. Specifically, the play where Craig James scored the go ahead TD.
That play sure featured some fine blocking.

I gave the video of it to SMU and you can now buy it. He kinda brushed by the defender..He calls it a block

..but there is no doubt he got in the guys way and sprang James for a long gainer.
