I agree. Left too many points on the field. We should consider adding packages with a fullback. Maybe Gaines or someone, but we really need a goal line set. Probably won't happen unfortunately.

Yeah we are like UT, red zone probe... We just need an offensive line that are full of men and not boys that get bossed around... We need stop trusting the defense to bail us out so stop going for freaking field goals!!!

Tough job to coach tackling without being able to hit in practice.
JJ does not believe in it.
Good or bad, that is the way it is.

A lot of our starters are still young...Freshmen and Sophomores if I remember correctly and several Juniors/Seniors scattered around.

Well Gilbert has become an excellent quarterback for us.

He is also the best punter on the roster.

Can he play corner back? If he can replace Parks, we might win a couple more games!

actually we have no freshman starters and the ones playing contribute very few plays. Not a good sign on a poor team

Losing Greenbauer hurt, but I had way higher expectations for randolph after being here for a couple of years. Still we should be able to talk

The fact they are it contributing in a minor way really means we wasted their red shirts. Why play them if they don't make a big difference to the team.

As we've seen with done others, we could probably use an extra year out of a bunch of the freshman. I think we will regret more than a few that played this year rather than red shirting.

Yeah GG is definitely coming across as a better punter than our starter. Too bad we don't have him for a year or two more because we could just use him to punt and also to do possible sneak plays since he would be able to pull that off.

FTHP, even if they're young guys they should be able to handle cincys defense. Juniors, sophmores have had experience on the field and plenty of practice. If the coach has put himself on this predicament then he needs to come up with schemes to play to help with their weakness. Also wouldn't hurt to coach them fundamentals. I mean UTs defense has transformed ever since they hired the new defensive coordinator so having the right coach can make all the difference.
