I just like that we begged for alternate helmets, get them, and complain that they won't match our blouses.

Since UConn is chiefly navy and white, I am liking the Red. But, if we are playing a red team I like blue better.

I predict this thread will become one of the longest we've had in quite a while...

That said, I like the changes from what I've heard so far....

Didn't the UT players vote to keep numbers on their helmets this year?

Gotta have some reason to continue to watch this team during basketball season.

That is usually the way I think, but in this case since the helmets are red, I think

the blue jerseys would look cool.

Yeah, I was thinking that myself. The red makes sense with UConn's blue.

Is there any chance for them to go with uniforms they had when the 'Miracle on Mockingbird' happened? Huh? The classy cursive UConn uniforms? Heck, we can go with the blue uni's with the blue pony, that would work for me.

BTW, is the school doing anything to commemorate that game. Kinda a big one in our history...

On the helmet, If they've the kind of Chrome Red that we've suggested, I'm cool with it. I do like our white helmets though. I think they're one of the best if CFB.

The players really pushed from chrome or red chrome helmets but were told that there wasn't enough money. instead they wrapped the helmets in red....

Red helmets with red jerseys or white helmets with blue jerseys. I would prefer white helmets with blue jerseys.

Stallion, red on red is the Doak Walker look. I really don't like the Jerry Levias/Hayden Fry look.

I am etc. That was my helmet. Loved it but personally like the white helmet more.
