Lot of good it did them. How are they doing in basketball, BTW?

(Yes I know how much they make from the big 12 so no need to bring it up.)

I take joy in their demise, but like Pony^ said, they whooped our butts so I can't take too much joy in it.

With that being said, I think they're going to continue to struggle in the Big 12. Tech and Baylor are the hot programs right now, OSU and OU are strong, and you know Texas will be back soon. They've got an uphill road to climb

Baylor is reminding me of the Mustangs of the 80's.

Question is: How long before the NCAA investigation that puts them on probation? Remember, small church schools are not allowed to compete in the SWC/Big 12. I give them 2 years.

I guess I was looking at it from a more recent time frame. I want us to go back to that! 15 wins in a row vs TCU!
You were looking at it from a more recent time frame but used the words all time? How does that make sense?

Or you could get some perspective by learning some SMU history. I wasn't around for Don Meredith or Doak Walker but I know about what they did at SMU.

They've had a tough year but they've been very competitive-they've been in every game but Texas

That's the difference. We were not competitive at all vs. Big 12 teams and we lost games we should have won like Rutgers and Cincinnati. That Tech game was winnable and so was TCU...we could have been 8-1 right now if we had our shittogether

Stallion is really depressed by TCU's struggles this year

I thought we were pretty competitive vs Tech.

The game was 16-20 halfway through the 4th quarter...we needed to score and we would have sealed the deal on that 23-20

I am no tcu lover but that was such a great game to watch last Saturday against K state. I know those guys hate that they have no bowl but the way they continue to be in just about every game is a testament to their hard work and belief in what they do. I wish SMU would show up for every game. Except or TCU they seem to have lost the game before it even starts when they play Big 12 teams. TCU fans should be proud instead of complaining. Baylor better look out. A bye week to get ready for a Baylor team facing OSU this week. BU due for a letdown

TCU doesn't have the frog legs to keep up with Baylor. . . Would have said horses, but that pertains to SMU
