Re: Coaching Changes
This isn't the first time I have read that it would be a shame to loose Jones. My thought is I hope the ADs also feel that way, because financially we need someone to hire him away. Of course, it could also mean that the general sentiment is that we can't get a better replacement.

Hey wait... Isn't this (because Maryland and ASU were interested) why everyone seems to hate June these days?03Mustang wrote:We should be so lucky to someday have a coach that is good enough to get hired away...hasn't happened in my lifetime and I'm 32.

No, that he recruited for ASU on SMU's dime.

And obviously since his son was saying a crummy SMU is we know what June thinks of us. I remember when his agent went on radio and basically degraded SMU while June was trying to get the job.

Re: Coaching Changes
This offense is boring and borderline unwatchable at times, with a former 5-star and Gatorade Player of the Year QB. You can imagine my excitement at the prospect of watching 2014-2015 with a QB that has played less than 10 minutes. June's inertia in every coaching facet is slowly killing our program.

He thinks it would be a mistake, while we all look at that list and can't find one we wouldn't trade for JJ. It is time for a change. PLEASE someone have some cajones.
