no seat saving when the game is GA.

haven't any of you guys ridden Amtrak Acela or a metro/subway. No one gets to save seats. You see an open seat, you can take it.

Tell them on Tigerdroppings that there is a crawfish boil on the BLVD. That will keep them away :)

they are all planning on sitting in section 214. i would strongly encourage as many SMU fans as possible to fill that section in first. if nothing else it makes them have to formulate a new plan on the spot and they won't be organized. keep them spread out so they can't get unity in their cheering. and remember, this is OUR arena.

wow, threatening physical violence over a general admission seat. class act. really we just don't want that section to get tainted with the overpowering smell of corndogs, so we figure if we spread y'all around it can be more easily mitigated.

I've got nothing to worry about from you though, i sit in the privileged seats below the railing.

It was very much a joke because reading these threads, some of y'all actually think LSU fans will just go fight people...

I agree, if the CrawDad fans attempt to "save rows of seats"
the police will need to get involved before something very ugly happens.
This is our home court and the CornDogs need to know it!

I will say, this is the first time I've ever seen such a large amount of General Admission seating. Do yall have problems often with people and saving seats? It would drive me crazy.

This is a first for us so we aren't sure. The last game was zero visiting fans so no big deal.

GeauxHoops - This (fights in stands and violence comments) is more of an inside joke on this board. Some people in the area around SMU (Highland Park) did not like the fact that SMU was going to sell beer at the arena this year. One lady indicated to the Dallas Morning News that it was only a matter of time before there would be fights and shootings at an SMU game. Anyone who has been to SMU or Highland Park knows how absurd this is...

I'm always up for a "good gunfight in the stands!" Will they allow AK-47 at Moody?

If they had an accurate seating chart they probably would've picked 213...
