Mudiay killed it (need to work on his FTs and decision making - LB will take care of that).

Turner just has never really impressed me - a lot of wobbling around - looks like a broken leg/knee/hip problems waiting to happen.

Was it just me or did it look like an Achilles injury?

Same here. Turner runs like he is in pain.

Apparently a mild ankle sprain and expects to play in the Jordan Brand Classic on 4/18. (would be good to see him play just once with Mudiay - he's been on opposite teams in all these all star tourneys).

Mudiay led all scorers with 20. 3 steals, 3 assists, 2 rebounds.

It was a great game for the EMan.

I watched this game and came away so impressed with Eman, save for one thing...he needs to work on his outside jumper. A lot. Those 3's were ugly.

But he is a terrific defender, slasher, scorer and set-up man when driving to the rim. Cannot wait for next year!!

EMan would have had a lot more assists if the other players could have handled his passes or made their open shots.
:?

Agreed. And he would have had about 30 points had he hit his FTs and the 2 layups he missed (one was really tough, the other one was almost a "gimmee".)

Every time I've seen him played he's been the best player on the floor (and I've only seen him play at this "best of the best" type tournaments - except against Whitney Young which was on ESPN).

Give him a year with LB to improve his bball IQ and refine all the little things plus a tremendous work ethic / competitiveness, and this cat will be an elite player on the next level. He'll also need to put on a little more muscle (for durability), which he said he wants to do. This time next year, we could be looking at a top 3 pick (I would actually bet on it, if all of the above happened).

Expecting those improvements, though those missed layups made me cringe as they reminded me of Ryan Manuel.
