To SMT list I would add the new Sigma Chi house in the cul-de-sac - and a new Alumni Center on the corner where the Sigma Chi house is currently.
and I guess something will have to go where the Nat is coming down - that is a great site so wonder what that might be.

Hopefully a "stand alone" nat...would be nice adjacent to the outdoor pool

Thought the alumni center was replacing the nat? Maybe a campus bar where sigma chi house is? (Dreaming)
