Lower level Ole Miss/Boise tix for 25 bucks. Should I go to that or watch USC (mother/cousin/aunt) alma mater?

Ole Miss game. I am sure you will be able to find a TV with the USC/A&M game on if you need to watch it for a few minutes

Tulane and Tulsa: Tulane won 7, and Tulsa won 3 games last year. Last season Tulane won 14-7. This game is only interesting in that we play Tulsa this year, but there will be lots of chances to see them later in the season.

Temple vs. Vandy: Interesting Vandy is only a 12pt favorite, given Temple won a whopping 2 games last year (Army and Memphis). Vandy also destroyed Houston last year in a bowl, a team people are putting at the top of the AAC. If Temple actually pulled of a win it would be a great for the conferences getting a win against the "Strength Everywhere Conference" , as long as people don't ask witch team it was against.

Friday:

BYU and UCONN: BYU is favored by 17 and it is hard to get excited for Connecticut football, as long as they are top tier in basketball I am ok with them being terrible football.

UTSA and Houston: Houston is favored by 11, but given they are a popular pick for winning the AAC, they need to decimate UTSA and help show real separation between AAC and CUSA.

Saturday:

Penn and UCF: This game is on at 8:30AM ET, and UCF is a 2 pt favorite. A win a gainst a Big (overated) 10 would great for the conference. Given the travel, who knows what will happen, worth having on in the background if you find yourself free/awake in the morning.

The rest of the AAC games are vs. FCS teams, lose and you are out of the conference!

UConn hosts BYU tonight at 6p on ESPN. BYU is 15.5 point favorite. I hope UConn keeps it respectable.

Temple did the AAC a solid embarrassing Vanderbilt, the sad part is this is seems to be downplayed by ESPN due to it being on there new shiny SEC Network. Did not see a single play in the Not Top 10, in a game where Vandy turned the ball over 7 times. The only thing they mention is the uniform email problem.

I hope UCONN (15pt underdog) continues this trend and pounds BYU (and their ESPN contract). BYU also plays Houston and UCF this season.

I have a feeling Houston is going to be very, very good this year.

I was listening to Norm earlier and he picked UTSA to cover tonight. Several on his crew quickly spoke up to be careful because Houston might be really good this year.

Temple represented for sure! Even though it was Vandy under a new coaching staff, still big for the AAC. When will SMU bring the AAC some football pride?
