The team has more talent than it did when June came in. And the team as a whole is really young. We put in completely different schemes on both sides of the ball, took away a returning starter at QB, and had a winning team in two seasons.

I think someone can come in and win next year, but it will take 3 to have a team that competes against P5 schools.
