He's about 5 years behind his window. Remember when everyone thought he was the next greatest thing? Seems like forever ago. I could see him being OC but not a head coach. Then again, what do I know.

He is one of those guys that showed promise early but flamed out early too. There is a reason why Saban let him go so easily back to UT and why he wasn't named the coach in waiting at UT. Instead he was put in a position he couldn't handle and it cost MAc his job. Of course he had help in that area. On top of that the indiscretion with the student trainer at a bowl game is unforgiveable.
