The M.O. is clear with Morris. We're going to be young and hungry. Young and hungry will outwork old and tired every day of the week.
Ahem, except for LB.
LB seems to be the perfect storm: "brand name/experience but with the energy and hunger of a young guy". Extremely rare, but required to take a program top 25 quickly. LB has already done his job, up to SMU to keep it going. Of course, I don't think LB would agree with that yet. We had a setback in recruiting (Eman and all the locals jumping ship to aTm), but we need to keep moving forward this year and get a big or 2 for next year (I'm really liking the 2015 class so far actually when you think about them teaming with Nic and Keeeith).
Anyway, back to football: I think a youth movement is needed here at this point. A bit risky, but probably the right move.
Larry Brown is the exception to the rule and like others have said he surrounded himself with a staff of young guys that all want to be head coaches. Larry might be the youngest 72 year old man on the planet.

I was just listening to "the roar" clemson talk radio show, they had Chad on and asked what his scheme would be......posted in another thread but here you go: He wants to be aggressive with multiple looks, get after it, hard work, but the base would be a 4 2 5

I believe Clemson runs a 4-2-5. Correct me if I'm wrong

I'm assuming Morris will focus more on the offense and that his DC is a guy Chad has a lot of confidence in. Not sure how long he may have known Malone or what their connection is
