While we are on the subject of Clemson.....they have one of the greatest run on the field entrances in college football before their games. What can SMU do about their rather mundane run out of a small dark tunnel onto the field. Remember, so much of college football and it's appeal is all the flash and dash, big loud bands, beautiful, athletic cheerleaders, loud student sections, full stadiums, tailgating (we're #1), video boards.....Ford field has been a good place to stretch out in the bleachers for a quick autumn nap during halftime and tv timeouts the last few years.

I really need to get up to a game in Death Valley. That Georgia game last yr was insane

one of the things we wiffed on with our stadium is the locker room entrance - why is it a) so small and b) shared with the visitor and c) side loaded. Not sure any of that can be fixed.

One thing we can fix though - is we need an end zone beer garden with TV's etc in the south end zone, slightly elevated, lots of outdoor seating (that can be tented if needed). lets get that to happen this year. Time to have some dang fun.

I once heard the ramp on the Southwest corner of Ford along with the storage area was originally designed to be the visiting team locker room. But we ran out of money to finish it out. Therefore, the single tunnel for our team would have been ample. I don't know if this is true, just what I heard once.
