There were some discussions regarding tearing down that strip center...not sure where that left off

Tear down the strip center, build the IPF and run a ramp with a parking garage and new multi story stores on the roof: as with the shopping centers across from North Park.

Then set up a massive times square video board on the corner showcasing SMU sports.

It's not in the main part of campus, so I know it's not ideal, but we have bought up some real estate over there anyway, and it's not that far.

That's where Westcott is going. IPF going in Westcott.

That is also where the new Natatorium will be built.

How about we build an all in one Nat/ IPF. We can build a retractable field over the pool. The pool then could also be used as a tug of war pit in the middle and the losers that fall in have to tread water until practice the next day. This will save money on a conditioning coach too.

This is a no brainer. Build it the length of the Boulevard. I have been telling Turner for years we need an Indoor Party Facility.

How about we just tear out the surface in the tennis center and replace it with field turf

Maybe we should redo the outside of the Tennis center. Put the IPF where the outdoor courts are and then put the Tennis Courts on top. Would look sweet.

Build it on top of central like Klyde Warren Park. Clearly the lowest cost option.

Brilliant.... you could extend the entire campus across 75 and add more acreage. Won't happen but good thought.

Man that would be epic. Never going to happen but that would be really cool.

I think it has to be either where the current practice field is, at Wescott, or the IM field. I agree with whoever said we shouldn't bother building an IPF unless it makes an effort to be more than just an enclosed field. We need to be thinking Crum for the football team.

Put it where the current practice field is. Put underground parking underneath it.

That's actually a great idea. Meadows doesn't match campus at all
