I don't get it...this dude's measurables are great and he gets it done on the field from a stats perspective...but no love from the rating services. Anyone know the reason for the disconnect?

level of competition not that high 4A (old 3A). He did make 2nd Team All Super Centex. I've watched several videos-not sure if I see the elite 4.5-4.6 speed preferred at LB. I've seen it reported as 4.54 though but his highlites seem to be all inside stuff. He doesn't seem to have a season's highlites video just a bunch of game videos so you've got to look though a lot of videos. If he's really 6-3, 224 4.54 then we got a great prospect

Between this guy and the Scotts and Kaufman, it sounds like we might be stocking up on some nice linebackers.

I've watched 6 game videos on McNew and I don't think I've seen him have to run more than 12-15 yards. Hard to gauge his speed. Almost all are running plays so really you don't want to see him running far I guess. He's a run snuffer. But very few passing plays shown. He'll see a lot different style of football in the AAC than I see in his videos. Hoping the 4.54 is accurate. I wonder if that's a camp time that's verified somewhere
