Well, it was a great big tent. Kind of hard to miss. Had a nice patio where you could sit and watch the game. If I recall there was a small band for entertainment inside pregame. Air conditioned. Just had to be a Mustang Club member.
I remember it being very full with people watching other games on TV

I dropped by there a few times. They gave away some nice SMU ball caps one time.

Kudos to UCF for doing this.
If not the hill, then turn the upper deck of the end zone into a party deck w/TVs and a railing.
