Re: The basketball game tonight
He'd rather pay to send his daughter to aTm than send her to SMU for free? Doesn't sound like he's really invested in SMU. Glad we 're not paying him that much.

Maybe she didn't have the grades. Someone Facebook stalk her and get the info
Need to clarify that this is satire. This whole topic is silly

It is not exactly free for SMU staff members and in many cases in state tuition, fees, and R&B is cheaper than the room and board, fees, and taxes at SMU.

The reason people take jobs making more money is so they can afford things like sending their kids to their school of choice. I think it's kind of funny that he makes sure she knows SMU is the reason she can go to aggy.

I can certainly understand why she might not want to go to the school where her father coaches football. Given how crazy people can get, her life could be miserable after every loss

Totally agree w Charleston. Plus dad did a good job sharing his love alma mater w her, as I said before. Unless I somehow get a degree from BYU in the next year and change, I won't be able to say the same w regard to my own daughter.
If she wasn't going to aTm it'd been worse if she had gone to Tulsa or Clemson imo. No harm no foul.

Now I'm really curious if you went to SMU as a Mormon or if your daughter is going to BYU as a non-mormon. Both seem exceedingly rare
