just wondering if this was the "type" of student that turner was looking for? You know good grades, good background, not athletic?

I know when I was in school the house in question was rented by a bunch of fiji's. Good guys, and great parties, but you are always running against neighbors in the M-Streets. Cops will always be called, I remember they got called for a "party" due to the sheer number of cars at one house. I think there was ~7-10 of us. Each of us had driven so there were a lot of suv's outside.

Those houses sell for $600-800k, I'd call the cops, too.

In the Lori White/Dr Ashley works, 5 or more members of a Greek group constitutes a "party".
