Tech does have a couple of kids to work with in Patrick Mahomes and Davis Webb-not the huge names but quality long term potential. Those kids as underclassmen put up 40 TDs last year when both missed several games -which I believe is more than any SMU QB has had in awhile. SMU had 6 TD passes last year

Giving him that extension after not really doing anything was stupid. He cashed in his Johnny Football check and is laughing all the way to the bank.

and we're comparing their QB TD's to ours because?

Yes they have a couple QB's with great potential, unfortunately not much else. Kingsbury QB genius seems questionable at this point. Run off Mayfield (who may start this year at Oklahoma), lose 5 star Stidham, proclamations of Webb as future 1st round draft pick. Seems like a good coach but he desperately needs to halt the slide, the honeymoon is over.
