I certain can appreciate that this is on the Other Sports thread but Lacrosse is relegated to the Around the Hilltop. Must be a real sport.

hahah, I know a guy that played on the UT squad back when he went to school there. From how he tells it, its all a giant joke. Stupid and silly, but hey it keeps the kids occupied.

Speaking of the new area, there is always some activity going down there. You "shocking" actually see people on campus during the day on the weekends. I feel when I was there it somehow always cleared out.

If it involves Aggies and Broomsticks, I want no part of it.

Did some research on the rules: https://www.usquidditch.org/about/rules

It would be an OK game if they eliminated the silly brooms and bizarre "seeker". Between the inconsistency of the neutral "seeker" deal and the strange "gender identity" rule they are asking for either cheater or NOT FAIR! accusations.

Does this mean the amount of SMU's Rice quality students are increasing?

Clear attempt by SMU to try to diminish Greek participation

Oh yes, God forbid we rise to top 20 academics at the expense of a football team that has won less than half its all-time games.
Perspective people!
