Honestly sand volleyball is a no-brainer. I'm surprised SMU and more schools have not added it as a sport.

You can't hide indoor volleyball players on sand volleyball scholarships, but your indoor volleyball players are allowed to participate - so you can just give out six women's scholarships to some girls not good enough for indoor at the NCAA level, and have a competitive sand team with some of your indoor girls included.

And yes, the scholarship number is six, not three.

Also, the marketing obviously takes care of itself if done properly.
