The reality is that a head coach has full responsibility for every transfer that comes into the program. The kid was a freshman All-American and was kicked off a Boise program that has seen more than its fair share of shady characters. Baylor knew what it was getting and will be paying a huge lawsuit to the victim's family as a result of Briles' either idiocy or outright lying. Combine that with the terrible internal investigation and it reeks of a school that will literally sell its soul to win at football.
In less than 12 years Baylor athletics have been directly involved in murder and rape.
