When the Steelers played the Ravens a couple of years ago in Baltimore, the crowd started chanting that when the Steelers ran onto the field.

This is the exact thing we should not be doing.
Baylor looks bad enough on their own for their inaction in the case. We don't need to act like crass Philly fans.

I don't know, it would make us look more sympathetic to women's issues. And they were crass Baltimore fans. Philly fans would have just merely beaten up any opposing team fans who ventured into the stadium. "No means no" that would certainly stimulate discussion on TV about Briles and the convicted rapist on their team.
UNC better keep that Ram away from Peruna

You realize there was just a reported case of rape at SMU on Wednesday by an SMU student to an SMU student.

Guess that makes everything cool then huh?

The reality is that a head coach has full responsibility for every transfer that comes into the program. The kid was a freshman All-American and was kicked off a Boise program that has seen more than its fair share of shady characters. Baylor knew what it was getting and will be paying a huge lawsuit to the victim's family as a result of Briles' either idiocy or outright lying. Combine that with the terrible internal investigation and it reeks of a school that will literally sell its soul to win at football.

In less than 12 years Baylor athletics have been directly involved in murder and rape.
Back off Warchild seriously.

Also, the same lawyer that sued SMU over a title IX rape case is also handling the case for the rape victim from Baylor.

Actually no, it just speaks to the accusation that Briles had previous knowledge about Ukwuachu's violence toward women, supposedly given to him by Peterson. That accusation seems more like a twisting of the facts at this point.

Baylor is guilty of plenty here, but Peterson doesn't seem to have disclosed the FULL history of this kid to Briles. If Peterson would have gone one step further, even Briles probably avoids this kid, and none of this ever happens. Hopefully this at least leads to much more thorough and honest vetting between coaches, administrators and athletic departments.

As I agreed with a previous poster, if this was my daughter, I would have a hard time not doling out my own justice and ending up behind bars myself.

But you keep bloviating if you'd like.
