Violation possibility?

That's what I got from it as well. Say what you want but I like that attitude. Rivalry games are different and coaches should acknowledge that. Stuff like this is what makes these games more exciting and what gets people more invested in them. Hope we can keep it competitive like we did with tcu which I think we will.

Let's not fly the white flag before the game. If we get some people healthy-and Morris said we are-we can take some shots at big bad UH just like we did TCU and Baylor. That JMU game and the first 20 minutes of the ECU had some positives. I thought then and still think JMU would beat a bunch of AAC teams that can't put points on the board
Its important that SMU shows up in this game because the two school went toe to toe against each other on about 20 recruits this year

I expect a reasonably close first half and then a murderous rampage by the Houston offense in the second.

People have sacrificed animals that are the same as opponents mascots before and people's sensibilities are offended by this? Maybe we should get out of big time D1 sports. He's motivating his guys the way he thinks they need to be motivated. We do it a different way. It's not trash talk if you can back it up. Let's see if we can throw it in their face ...for more than 2 quarters.

while I wouldn't say its classy in any sense of the word. I understand it, I get it.
Now its not exactly what I would do to pump myself up. Really the university campus will due that for me, gets me pumped up and proud every d a m n time I see Dallas Hall.

UH has trailed in one game at the half, by four at Louisville. Opponents got the ball first in each game except the TX State blowout. I think UH will be up by more than 7 at the half.

We should buy a bunch of UH toilet paper and distribute it around campus for the game here next year.

Maybe we should win this year...I bet that would rub it in for next year.

The first 20 minutes had some positives, but the rest was 42 unanswered points. HCCM has found ways to score points, but this team also showed a way to completely stall, which is not good with a wet paper towel of a defense vs a mobile QB.

Winning the game is the best form of payback. Maybe our O can put it together for 4 quarters and the D does enough to not let them outscore us.
